FAMILY... Put simply, it’s what sparked the founding idea for Accurate Fire Protection.  In October of 2013, Steve Hankemeier and Mark Wegand already had a combined 28 years of experience in the sprinkler trade, working for a successful sprinkler company, continuously staying busy running their own installation jobs.  But something was missing... more specifically, Steve and Mark felt they were missing irreplaceable time with their young families spending most weeks in hotels working out-of-state jobs.   

Shortly on the heels of a recession, Steve and Mark decided there was no better time to start their own venture than during the resurgence of the commercial construction industry.  With less than a handful of employees, they began Accurate Fire Protection with a mission to serve the state of Wisconsin's automatic fire protection needs while allowing themselves and their staff members some much needed work-life balance. 

Fast forward to countless new team members, a new shop building and years of incredible projects later, Accurate Fire Protection steadily continues to grow and expand its reach and its fire protection services throughout the state of Wisconsin.
